Anthony J. Catalano (Tony) has passed peacefully to his eternal rest on the 15th day of August, 2014 in Naples, FL with his family by his side.
He is predeceased by his parents, Anthony Catalano and Jean Catalano (née Lipinski) and is survived by his loving spouse of 47 years, Claire A. Catalano (née Palasek) and two children, Clairellen R. Catalano-Johnson, married to Michael L. Catalano-Johnson (né Johnson) and Anthony J. Catalano, III, married to Rosanne B. Catalano (née Cornbrooks). He is also survived by four grandchildren, Anthony R. Catalano-Johnson, Michael D. Catalano-Johnson, Sarah C. Catalano, and Anthony J. Catalano, IV.
A practicing attorney in Florida since 1972, he was a good son, a loving husband and father, and a caring father-in-law and grandfather.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. William Church, 601 Seagate Drive, Naples, FL on Saturday, August 23rd at 1:00 p.m. Immediately following the Mass, there will be a celebration of Tony’s life at the Naples Sailing and Yacht Club, 896 Riverpoint Drive, Naples, FL. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his name to Avow Hospice, 1095 Whippoorwill Lane, Naples, FL 34105 or the Florida Cancer Institute, 6360 Pine Ridge Rd., Naples, FL 34119.
