Hilarius Indwar

Born February 18, 1957 in India and died November 13, 2017. He is survived by Louisa Beronica Indwar of Haiti, daughter; Ose Pauleus, adopted son; his wife; Anjlus, brother; Carolina Tete of India, sister; Sarita and Sangita, nieces; and Shashi, Subodh, and Sujit, nephews. His second families in Florida, Lloyd and Linda Hill and Mr. and Mrs. Rana Naik and sons.

Hilarius began missionary work with Mother Teresa at the age of 13 and continued for 17 years. In Naples, he worked at Naples Community Hospital for 17 years. Most recently, he worked at Joe’s Crab Shack, Pinchers at Tin City, and Landcare of Naples. Hilarius was a member of St. Peter the Apostle Church, a Third Degree Knight of Columbus, and The Nightingale Tribute Nurses Society Honor Guard.

A memorial will be held at St. Peter’s the Apostle Church on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 10:00 AM.

“Peace begins with a smile” are words he lived by from Mother Teresa.
