It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jeffrey Allen Snyder, who peacefully left this world on April 10, 2024 in Naples, FL. surrounded by his loving family. Jeff was born on November 16, 1968 in Columbus, Ohio. to Jacqueline and James W. Snyder. He spent his formative years in Dublin, OH. before making Naples his home. A devout follower of the Catholic faith, Jeff was a cherished member of St. Agnes Church where his dedication knew no bounds. Known for his unwavering work ethic and vibrant personality, he was a kindhearted figure who made friends with ease. Jeff leaves behind his loving wife, Mary-Florence Snyder, his parents, his children Alexis (Austin) Ott and Zach (Emily) Snyder, his grandchildren Noah, Quinn and Josie, his sister Jill (John) Caballero, his sister-in-law Ann Marie (Andrew) Velchek, and his nieces and nephews. His cherished fur babies, Scarlet-Gray and Maggie Mae, also mourn his loss. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Jean Snyder, William and Mildred Chidester, and his granddaughter Penelope Marie Ott. Jeff's memory lives on through his impactful career in the landscaping and irrigation industry. With a remarkable 14-year tenure at Mainscape Inc. in Naples. Jeff's passion for his work was evident through his involvement in various associations and board memberships. As an avid sports enthusiast, Jeff's love for THE Ohio State University and his alma mater's Scarlet and Gray was unmatched. Jeff had a great appreciation for music that started in his high school years and followed him throughout his experience playing trumpet in THE Ohio State University Marching Band. Fond memories of traveling the world with his beloved wife and sharing adventures with his children and grandchildren will be treasured forever. Jeff will always be remembered as a devoted husband, son, father, and friend, whose life epitomized the values of faith, family, and football. As a final tribute, his loved ones bid farewell with the resounding chant: "O-H." Calling hours will be held at St Agnes Church, 7775 Vanderbilt Beach Rd, Naples, FL 34120 on Monday, April 15 at 10:30 am followed by a Catholic funeral mass at 11 am.
