Kathleen A. Kinzel

Kathy Ann Kinzel (Dombrowki) 80 of Naples, Florida, formerly Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away peacefully April 9, 2024, with her 2 sons by her side.

Kathy was born in Toledo, Ohio on September 19, 1943, to Dorthy (Buddy) and Eugene Dombrowski.  She graduated from Central Catholic in 1961.  She then went on to marry high school sweetheart Thomas Raymond Kinzel on June 15, 1963, and has 2 sons Jeffrey and Timothy.

Kathy moved from Toledo, Ohio to Perrysburg, Ohio where she started her career as secretary to the Principal of Perrysburg High School where she worked until her retirement.  In 2002 Kathy and Tom moved to Naples, Florida. 

She enjoyed many activities and was an avid reader, had fun playing Mahjong with her friends, worked out religiously and loved walking around the many lakes in their community.  She taught herself to play keyboard and learned to play piano and could be found sitting in front of her baby grand practicing.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Kathy leaves behind her sons Jeffrey (Julie) and Timothy; grandchildren Ryan and Nicholas; great grandchildren Addison and Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas, her parents, and her sister Janet Furlong (Dombrowski).
