Shirley A Napoli

Shirley A. Napoli, 83, of Ocala, FL passed away peacefully May 24, 2017 in Naples, FL with her beloved daughter, Beverly, at her side. Born January 8, 1934 in Reading, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Josephine (Fucci) Smith.

Shirley resided in Brazil, Sweden and Buffalo, NY. She spent the last 20 years in Ocala with her loving husband, Dominic Napoli. A successful office manager for a large dental group in Amherst, NY for many years, Shirley also served as the accountant for her condo association for over 16 years.

She was blessed with many friends and family who will miss her dearly. They include her daughter, Beverly (Steve) Thomas of Naples, FL; brother, Robert Smith of Redding PA; stepchildren, Joanne (Jim) Berry, Carol Napoli, Richard (Maureen) Napoli and Joel (Patty) Napoli, all of Lockport, NY and her five grandchildren. In 2009, Shirley was preceded in death by her son, Eric and her beloved, Dominic.

A memorial service will take place in Ocala in the fall. Donations in Shirley’s memory may be made to Avow Hospice, 1095 Whippoorwill Lane, Naples, FL 34105 or the Wounded Warrior Project.
