Bronson Rae “Sissy” Turner, 83, passed away October 20, 2021. She was born in Knoxville, TN, the daughter of the late Bronnie and Blanche Potter. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Bill Potter. Sissy was a graduate of Farragut High School in Knoxville and graduated in 1956. She worked as a stewardess for American Airlines and later was the first secretary for Turner Vault Company. Sissy enjoyed traveling, sailing/yachting, entertaining and cooking for family and friends. She was a loving wife of fifty-six years to Ronald K. Turner, devoted mother to David (Joy) Turner of Islamorada, FL, and Steven (Kim) Turner of Toledo, OH, and adoring grandmother to Lily, Sophie, Brandon, Lucy, and Natalie Turner. Sissy was laid to rest at Palm Royale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Sissy’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association.
