Carmen Michael Chiappetta

Carmen Michael Chiappetta, 79 of Naples passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2017.

He was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 5, 1937 the son of Peter and Rose (Brescia) Chiappetta. Carmen’s Mother Rose passed away when he was very young and he was raised by his father Peter and his new wife Helen (nee Paul) Chiapetta.

Carmen is survived by his devoted wife of 56 years Melissa (nee Newman) Chiappetta. The loving father to Scott (Donna) Chiappetta, Terry  (Patti Misiolek) Chiappetta and Joel Chiappetta, grandfather to Kendra (Sonny) Smith, Katie, Carly and Joel, great grandfather to Charlotte and Carmine, fond brother of Betty. Carmen is preceded in death by his parents and his sister Helene.

Per Carmen’s wishes cremation rites will be accorded. A celebration of his life and a private inurnment will take place on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Bower Chapel, Moorings Park, 140 Moorings Park Drive, Naples.
