Cynthia J. Bartkowski

Cynthia Joan Bartkowski (Cindy), Age 71, of Bonita Springs FL, formerly Cleveland Ohio, passed on April 25th 2022.

She was survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Ray and Jessica Higdon, and their four children (her grandchildren) Brandon, Ethan, Sabrina and Graham Higdon. She is also survived by her two brothers, Phillip and Spencer Pisczak, and their wives, Judy and Leslie Pisczak.

Cynthia was born in Cleveland Ohio where a majority of her family lives today, and had a passion for learning and books even back when she was a child. She graduated from Case Western Reserve with an undergraduate degree and two master's degree, went on to become a computer consultant, and eventually a retail bookseller (her true passion).

In retirement, her greatest joys were reading, her book club and spending time with her grandchildren. She truly loved picking out childrens’ books for her grandchildren, nephew and all of their friends. Every child in the family’s circle of friends was sent a gift of a fun, educational book each month, she was truly generous.

Speaking of generosity, Cindy donated to many organizations including Feeding America, Joel Olsteen and St. Jude’s Hospital.

Relatives and friends are invited on Friday, May 6th, 2022 to her memorial from 4:30 to 5:30 PM, and her Celebration of Life starting at 5:30. All will take Place at Fuller Funeral Home, 1625 Pine Ridge Road, Naples FL 34109.
