Tribute

NAPLES – Danuta M. Pelczynski, 90 of Naples, Florida went home to our Lord on July 9, 2022. She was born on May 9, 1932, in Przemysl, Poland to Tomasz Lisik and Helena Nodzak. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Paul J. Pelczynski; two children, Krystyna (Randy Morris) of Virginia Beach, VA and Yvonne (Parry) Naples, FL. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Sara O’Toole (Shaun) of Virginia Beach, Bryan Morris of Richmond, VA, Nicholas Crouch, Matthew Crouch and Christopher Crouch of Naples, FL and great grandchildren, Ella and Evan O’Toole.

At the start of WWII, her journey began from Poland to Siberia, Tehran, India, London, and Montreal until she finally immigrated to the USA to Syracuse, NY and moved to Chesapeake, VA where she spent most of her adult life raising their family.  She loved cooking, gardening and was an excellent bridge player. She and Paul enjoyed their retirement at home in the Moorings with morning walks on the beach, hosting large dinner parties in their home and loved spending time with family and friends.  In addition to being a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many, Danuta was a very kind and generous woman to everyone who was fortunate enough to have known her.

We Will Always Remember…That beautiful smile, that caring heart, that warm embrace you always gave us.  We will always remember you being there for us. Through good and bad times, no matter what. We will always remember you, because there will never be anyone to replace you in our hearts and the love we will always have for you.

There was a private memorial mass at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.  Flowers may be received at Fuller Funeral Home on Pine Ridge Road, Naples, FL.
