Debra Ann Koch

On October 29, 2017 at 6pm, Debra Koch 65, lost her 20 year battle with Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy. She passed away peacefully in her home in Naples Florida, with family and friends by her side. Debra was born April 28, 1952 in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, where she graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

Debra was survived by her loving and devoted husband of 40 years Craig Koch, Sister Sharon Smith, Brother Clay Clement Leftwich, Brother- in- law Thomas Smith, and nieces Alyssa and Kristen Smith. She is preceded in death by her parents Clement and Helen Leftwich, also of Pottstown Pennsylvania.

Funeral service is scheduled for November 2, 2017 from 11-1pm at Fuller Funeral Home 1625 Pine Ridge Road, Naples Florida. Reception to follow, at Shula’s Steak House. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Debra’s life.  In lieu of flowers, donations will be welcome for the Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy foundation at myotonic.org.
