Denise B. (McGinn) Shields

Denise B. Shields (McGinn), 81, of Naples, FL formerly of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on March 23, 2023. She was the beloved daughter of the late Thomas and Ethel "Pete" McGinn and sister-in-law of the late Ed Shields and Mary Shields McKinney. Denise was vibrant and generous and had a multitude of dear friends who she considered family. Her memory will live in all of our hearts for eternity.

She is survived by her devoted and loving husband, Jack Shields; brothers, William "Max" McGinn (Marianne) and Thomas "Moss" McGinn (Anna). She was dear "Aunt Denise" to Katherine Lawrence (Ben), Maureen Dallahan (Kevin), Brian McGinn (Liz), Megan McGinn and Jennifer Shields Kallatch (Philip) and "Great Aunt Denise" to Colton and Norah Bair, Clive and Tiernan Dallahan, Anna Lou McGinn and Dylan and Brayden Kallatch. The McGinn and Austin cousins will also miss her.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial on April 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 77775 Vanderbilt Beach Rd. Naples, FL 34120. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Denise's memory may be made to a charity of donor's choice.
