Elizabeth McKee Bergenheim

Elizabeth McKee Bergenheim, 94, of Naples, Florida passed away December 25th 2020.

Our lovely mother was born in Newton, Massachusetts July 26, 1926 to William and Mary McKee. She was a graduate of Katharine Gibbs professional secretary school.

She married Robert Carlton Bergenheim in 1947.

Elizabeth was a mother of seven, grandmother of five, and a great grandmother of one, of whom she was endlessly proud of.

Often playing host to joyful gatherings of family and friends with open arms, her generosity was felt by all.

To know Elizabeth was to experience a deep well of love, grace, and encouragement. Ever ready to listen to those around her, she never hesitated to offer her council and foster peace and care in her family and community. Her love took many forms, always leaving those around her better for having known her.

Elizabeth was deeply spiritual, an avid gardener, a lover of books, a staunch fan of tennis, and a masterful chef and baker.

Many thanks to the wonderful care given to Elizabeth from Arbor Glen at Arbor Trace in Naples. Our mother was happy and loved by everyone there and she was so grateful to meet and know them all.
