Elsie M Harms

Elsie Marie Harms, 93 of Naples, FL began her eternal life on Wednesday, June 20, 2018.

She was born in Michigan on January 8, 1925 to Jacob and Gertrude Reinhardt, raised in St. Clair Shores, Mi. Elsie became a business woman of antiques and women's apparel.

After Hartwig, her husband, retired they moved to Bellaire Michigan. Elsie continued to be a shop owner. They both moved to Naples full time in 1999 where they became members of Faith Lutheran and later helped build the Mission church and Early Learning Center at Peace Lutheran.

Elsie loved sewing, LWML women's mission group, she supported many charitable organizations. Her love for the Lord always came first.

Survivors include her three loving children. Christine (Richard) Paganes, Wendy (William) Grose Jr. and Mark Harms. Also survived by one sister, Wilma Quant, 10 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded by her husband, Hartwig Roy Harms and her eldest son, Hartwig Henry Harms.

A Memorial service will be held Sunday, August 12, 2018 at 2:00 in the afternoon at Peace Lutheran, 9850 Immakolee Rd. with Pastor Liebich and Pastor Galik.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to Lutheran Bible Translators, Lutheran Indian Ministries or Amigo en Cristo.
