Elsie Jane Ragan

Elsie Jane Ragan passed away peacefully on June 26, 2020. Jane was born on June 15, 1945 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She lived in Naples, Florida for over 40 years before she moved to Punta Gorda, Florida. She was preceded in death by her mother Elsie Lee Richardson, father David Kennedy, brother David J. Kennedy, son William (Billy) Ragan, and sister Margie White. She leaves behind her loving son Frank Ragan, daughter-in-law Mende Ragan, Granddaughter Leirin Ragan Sides, Grandson William (Billy) Ragan, Great-Grandson Frank Everett Sides, and nieces Kimberly Taylor and Destiny Suer.
She treasured spending time with family and friends. She also enjoyed gardening, sunsets, and being on the water and socializing with her many friends. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and everyone who knew her.  She never met a stranger and always left you with a smile. She is at peace now and has moved on to her next journey. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
