September 21, 1970 ~ March 19, 2021 (age 50)

Tribute

Frankie, the son of Mary Osceola Moore and Frank Moore, Sr., was born in Richmond Virginia on September 21, 1970.  A proud member of the Seminole Tribe of Florida and the panther clan, Frankie lived in Hollywood, Florida until his passing on March 19, 2021.

Frankie was known for his entrepreneurial spirit and his love of Pow-Wows.  As a boy, he travelled with his parents and grandparents selling arts and crafts and his mother’s famous fry bread.  He graduated in 1989 from Lely High School in Naples, Florida.  He and his father owned and operated a tent company, Affordable Tents, for decades. He travelled the country attending and promoting Native American Pow-Wows and festivals where he met his countless friends who became extended family.  More recently, Frankie and his business partner, Norman Canter, expanded his businesses to include ventures in private label whiskey and CBD.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin Moore Sr., and Mary Osceola Moore.

Frankie leaves many loved ones to cherish his memory.  He is survived by his loving siblings, Barbara Osceola Mithlo (Michael) and David Bruce Osceola.  He leaves behind his nieces, Crystal Shelly Hisler Collins (Kenneth), Ciara Billie, Hilary Patterson (David), Samantha Hisler (John), and Mary Osceola (Gaige).  As a Seminole, Frankie was a loved “Grandpa” to his 20 grand-nieces and nephews who are going to miss his sense of humor and love.  He is also survived by his precious canine sidekick, “Penelope.”
