George W. Breedon 76 of Naples Florida passed away on June 7th, 2022. He was the beloved husband of Lyn (O’Connor) Breedon. Born in Providence he was the son of the late George and Hazel Breedon.
George was a graduate of Cranston High School East a “Thunderbolt” and went on to receive Business Administration degree in 1977 from Johnson & Wales University. He was devoted to the banking industry for over 40 years and accepted positions at Citizens Bank and Wells Fargo.
George was a financial adviser at heart and always took the time to help people in need of a mortgage or financial advice. George was an exceptional basketball player and an avid runner. He loved watching all Boston sports venues and was a passionate fan.
George was blessed with a loving family and had two adoring children. He is survived by his wife of 42 years , his son Scott Breedon and his wife Stacey, his daughter Tara Lamont and grandson Aidan Lamont. He also leaves three sisters Elaine Solitro, Denise Pelopida and Dawn Diodati. He is loved by all and will be dearly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at Fuller Funeral Home in Naples Florida on Friday, June 17th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Memorial contributions can also be made to Wounded Warrior
