Gerald Warren "Jerry" Severson

Jerry Severson, 1942-2020, Naples, Florida

Pilot extraordinaire, passionate boater, forever fan of the MSU Bobcats, Bloody Mary connoisseur, and inventor of the fourteen hole round of golf, passed away on December 28, 2020 in loving arms.

Jerry is survived by his partner in life and adventure Cindy Lightner, sons Scott (deceased), Craig, and Mark (Kathy), grandsons Bridger, Reagan, and Liam, and brother Bo (Karen). 

Jerry always preferred celebration over ceremony, so feel free to don a baseball cap and raise a scotch in his honor. Go places you’ve never been but never eat food you’ve never seen. Blue skies and tail winds forever. Fly Jerry, FLY!

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
