Glenn Vincent Bell, 81, passed away on May 8th at Physicians Regional Hospital in Naples after a lengthy illness.
Glenn was born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 27, 1939, the son of the late Glenn W. Bell and the late Mary A. (Palmisano) Bell. He lived in the Cleveland area most of his life and moved to Florida in 1995 and to Naples in 2015. Glenn's beloved wife, Virginia Huntington (Bell) preceded him in death on December 7, 2014. They were happily married for 25 years.
Glenn is survived by his step-daughter, Elizabeth A. Huntington; his twin sister, Glenda (Bell) Kovacs; his sister Bonnie (Bell) Kessloff. His brother, David Bell, was killed in Viet Nam.
Glenn was a tax accountant and tax preparer for over 50 years. He was an Enrolled Agent with the IRS for many years. He truly enjoyed his tax work and considered many of his clients as good friends.
Glenn was a parishioner at St. William Catholic Church in Naples. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus with St. William Church and was especially active with the K of C while living in Cleveland where he was a Past Faithful Navigator.
Visitation for family and friends will take place Friday, May 14, 2021 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at Fuller Funeral Home, 1625 Pine Ridge Road, Naples. A Mass of Christian Burial will be then be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at St. William Catholic Church, 601 Seagate Drive, Entombment will follow at Palm Royale Cemetery Mausoleum.
Glenn was a very kind and generous man. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
