Glenn Richard Germaine

Glenn Richard Germaine, 75 of Naples, Florida passed away peacefully on December 19, 2020. Glenn was born August 27, 1945 in Glen Cove, NY, the son of the late Howard and Janet (née Smith) Germaine.

Glenn graduated from NYS Maritime College at Ft. Schuyler, NY.  He served in the Merchant Marine for several years. He was in the Active Navy Reserves until 1985, retiring as a Commander. Formerly of Dania Beach, FL, he started two successful businesses there, Seaward Services, Inc. and Cetacean Marine, Inc. Both businesses provided support for research vessels under contract with the Navy and EPA.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Morag Walker Germaine; sister, Carol (Tom) Campbell of Saratoga Springs, NY; and brother, Richard (Linda) Germaine of Ft Lupton, CO.

Glenn will be missed by many who knew and loved him.
