Glenn Carlos Gruetzmacher

Glenn C. Gruetzmacher 89 of Marco Island, Florida passed away June 17th, 2021 in Naples, Florida. Glenn was born 3/15/1932 in Nordheim, Texas. He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years Priscilla W. Gruetzmacher and his daughter Glenna J. (Gruetzmacher) Price. He is survived by his daughter Ginger Dunn (Patrick), 6 grandchildren Anderson Price (Royale), Haley Devlin (Brandon), Camerin Dye (Alex), Christine Dunn, Ryan Dunn, Summer Price (Jimmy Golder), 5 great grandchildren Eleanore and Rhys Price, June and Jackson Devlin, and Theodore Dye, his brother, Gordon (Patricia) and nephews, Geoff and Grant.
Glenn worked for NATO and then Raytheon for 30+ years. He traveled the world professionally as well as personally. Glenn and Pris enjoyed spending time on their beloved boat Poge and thrilled family and friends alike with their trips to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. After moving from Plymouth, MA to Marco Island, FL Glenn and Pris enjoyed cruising and riverboat trips to Europe. Glenn had a keen sense of humor and enjoyed playing jokes and teasing his grandchildren. He had lifelong friends all over the country and was absolutely adored by his grandkids. Glenn lived a remarkable life and will be dearly missed. Contributions may be made to the charity of your choice in Glenn’s honor.
