HUGH J. BURKE

Hugh Burke of Naples passed away peacefully with his family at his bedside on July 16th at Avow Hospice. He was born in 1930 in Bronx, New York.

Predeceased by his parents, Hugh and Loretta Burke; sisters Mary McGovern (Peter), Loretta Flannery (Jack), Eileen Masterson (Jim) and brothers George (Teresa) and Joseph; in-laws Albert and Marian Dixon, William (Maryanne).

He is survived by wife Joan, daughters Joane Marie Sloane (Tom) of Cave Creek, Arizona and Caroline Burke of Naples, Florida; grandchildren Kaitlin Sloane-Portland Oregon, Tom- Tuscon, Arizona, Nicholas DiNicola- Naples, Florida.

He was retired from General Motors Overseas Operations- Detroit, Michigan.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, New Jersey.

Arrangements are entrusted to Fuller Funeral Home-Naples and Vander Plaat Memorial Home Paramus, New Jersey.

As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations in Hugh's memory made to Ave Maria Catholic Church or Avow Hospice-Naples would be appreciated.
