Jacqueline “Jackie” Capelle Frank, a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away on November 10th, 2021 at the age of 86. After many years of enduring multiple debilitating health issues, she peacefully was brought home in her sleep and is now reunited with her large family and many friends.
After her marriage to her former husband, Paul Frank and raising three children, a Doberman, many cats and a snarky, rude parrot, she returned to her goal completing her education. Jackie finally received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature after attending courses at Cambridge and Oxford University’s in England and then concluded her education, graduating at FIU in Miami. She later became interested in the history of Naples of where she grew up, and was eventually elected to be the president of the Collier County Historical Society for a year.
Writing short stories, poetry and painting were her passions; she later published a children’s book. She loved to travel and was fortunate to experience and live in some of the most remarkable and beautiful places including, Paris, England and living in Florence, Italy for over a year. Jackie was blessed and given a beautiful, adventuresome full life, along with her fabulous memories she held dear.
Jackie is survived by her three children, Tami, Daria and Paul-Malachi Jr., one remaining sibling, Karen and many nieces and nephews. A private service for family and close friends will be held in her honor.
