Jeffrey F. O'Brien

August 13, 1968 ~ July 12, 2021 (age 52) 52 Years Old

Tribute

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of a loving husband, devoted father, son and brother Jeffrey Frank O’Brien.  He left this earth on the morning of July 12, 2021 as the sun was beginning to rise.  It was at that moment that God decided to call him home.  We know that he is resting with the angels and beloved family members were waiting to greet him.  He is survived by his loving wife, Stacy O’Brien; his adoring children, Chase (27), Chandler (24), Hallie (22), and Hunter (17); his loving mother, Ann O’Brien; sister, Jessica Viotto; brother-in-law, Neil; nieces, Madison & Mallory; sisters-in-law, Vicki and Maggie Price; and many cousins, aunts and uncles. Jeff was predeceased by his father, Andrew O’Brien and his brother-in-law, Michael Price.

Jeff was born on August 13, 1968. He lived in Bridgewater for his first few years and then his father discovered the little enclave of Naples, Florida in 1972. Jeff lived here for five years before moving back to NJ. Jeff always had an affinity for Naples and it was no surprise that he returned here. Jeff married his high school sweetheart, Stacy in 1991 and the couple moved to Naples to create what has been an amazing life and family. Jeff’s greatest accomplishment was his children and he watched them grow and succeed with great pride.

Jeff started Pavement Sweeping of Collier County, Inc. in 1991 and has continued to build and grow his business since then. He was busy working and networking until the time of his death.  He was truly devoted to his company and his customers. Jeff’s personality was one that to know him was to love him. Jeff was such a huge presence in all our lives and it incomprehensible to imagine our lives without him.

Jeff loved to tell a good story, and as his audience, we were always enthralled and happy to listen. His sense of humor was unmatched. He loved to watch sports with his family, and he had a penchant for always rooting for the underdog. He loved nothing more than his Italian meals and always finished with a sweet dessert. Our hearts are broken and we will miss and love him always.
