NAPLES-Jennifer Mae Nevers, 54, a native Floridian passed away suddenly on December 27, 2018.
Born May 16, 1964 to Paul and Evala Nevers. Jennifer is survived by her mother, sister Melodee Nevers, Suzanna Delapena, her niece Samantha, nephew Antonio Delapena.
Everyone who knew Jen knew of her as a kind, generous, open-hearted soul, ready to be there for everyone. Jen will be remembered for her smile, her laugh, and her sense of humor.
The love of music was evident through her multi-talented gifts-from singing with the Sweet Adeline’s to the many instruments she enjoyed playing.
Jen’s love of animals was something that came natural to her. In fact animals were drawn to her. Nature and animals were her best friends. So of course Snoopy (her dog) was her best companion.
Being on the water, kayaking and fishing brought her peace and solitude. Especially early in the mornings with her camera. Football, especially the Florida Gators, she was passionate about.
Jennifer was fortunate to find and be embraced by the loving community of Unity of Naples. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
A Service of Remembrance will be held at Unity Church, 2000 Unity Way, Naples at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 12, 2019.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to go to Unity of Naples.
