JoAnn (Tremmel) Robitaille

JoAnn Robitaille, 82 of Naples, Fl., passed away on Wednesday, July 4, 2018.

Born in Toledo, OH on July 23, 1935 the daughter of Francis and Margaret (Fellerath) Tremmel. JoAnn was a graduate of Marquette University and St. Vincent School of Nursing in Toledo. Through the years she served a life-long career as a Registered Nurse at St. Vincent’s, University of Michigan and St. Joseph Mercy Hospitals as well as the Livingston County Mental Health Center.

 She married Richard M. Robitaille on October 10, 1959. Together they moved to Naples, Florida more than 20 years ago from Brighton, MI. JoAnn was a member of St. Agnes Parish in Naples, FL. She enjoyed reading, playing the piano and Bridge, but especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

JoAnn will be lovingly remembered by her husband Richard, five children: Greg, David (Terry Cruz), Suzanne (Adam Kirsch), Daniel (Anzhelika), and Kristin (Kevin Waddell); 12 grandchildren: Cydney Robitaille, Krystal, David and Sarah Robitaille, Lauren, Adam and Andrew Kirsch, Isabella, Christopher, and Leonardo Robitaille, Kaytin and Kamryn Waddell; two great-grandchildren: Mia and Laila; her sister Kathryn Koop and brother in-law John Gist. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. JoAnn was preceded in death by her sister in-law Doris Farrell-Gist, brothers in-law James Farrell and Dr. Richard Koop.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Patrick’s Church 711 Rickett Rd. Brighton, MI on Friday August10, 2018 at 10:30 am.
