John "Jack" Courtenay

John “Jack” Courtenay, 67 of Naples died on Tuesday, January 30, 2018.

Jack was born in Queens, NY the son of John and Bridget (Hurley) Courtenay,  Jack graduated from Marist College. He began his banking career at Chemical Bank in New York and later became Senior Vice President at Connecticut Bank and Trust in Hartford, Connecticut. In his retirement years Jack worked in sales and marketing.

Jack is survived by his loving wife of 39 years Elizabeth “Betsy” (O’Brien) Courtenay, sister in-law Nancy (Jeb) Walker of Bluffton, SC, brother in-law Dr. and Mrs. Jay. (Pat) O’Brien of West Hartford, CT, his sister Mary Alice Courtenay of Queens, NY, six nieces, nine grandnieces and one grandnephew. Besides Jack’ s parents, he is preceded in death by his sister Bridget Courtenay.

A Memorial Mass will be held in St. William Catholic Church on a date to be announced.
