His business grew and grew as did his well deserved reputation as a dynamic go getter!

He designed all his own advertising for all his companies and routinely drove the printers crazy With his great attention to detail!

Joe worked hard and played hard. He loved his toys which ranged from cars, trucks, boats, jet skis and motorcycles. He loved life and the rewards of his hard work. Nothing could stop him.

He had many names, Joey, Joe, Superman, Bad Dog, and JoeJoe.

He loved music and was a great dancer, having appeared on Dick Clark’s American Bandstand in Philadelphia way back when!

Joe always wore a mustache and was always being approached by strangers and associates telling him he was a dead ringer for Charles Bronson! [ which he was]

He met Elaine Schultes in 1991. She remained his significant other for the last 28 years, by his side as his steadfast partner in life and in business.

In 2004, they moved to Naples, Florida and opened up yet another business venture, an affiliated networking office of Home Inspections, Pest Control, Termite Inspection and Repairs in Naples and covering the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Joe was still determined to get his business going and was relentless in canvassing all Local Realtors promoting his new business. He was greeted warmly and invited to give seminars at all the Realtor Breakfasts and Golf Outings. What a Mark Joe has left! What a guy he was!
