Peter J McGrath

Peter J. McGrath, 89, of Naples, FL and Chicago, IL passed on December 3, 2017. He was the dearest son of the late Peter and May (Kearns) McGrath; beloved companion of Norma Wessel; devoted brother of the late Mary M., Sarah (Dr. Robert) Schnell and Kathleen (Joseph) McDermott; and loving uncle of many.

Peter was a graduate of St. Philip HS and DePaul University and Law School. He was a long time employee of Standard Oil Company and corporation counsel for Australia Amoco Party, Ltd. Upon his return to Chicago he established his own legal practice.

He and Norma retired to FL and opened their own gift shop.
