Scott Lissau, 67, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021. He fought a long hard battle and did it with a never faltering positive attitude; never losing his zest for life.
Scott was born in Chicago Heights in 1954 but spent his entire life in Florida. A true native Scott loved camping, fishing, and always being outdoors. He was a real-life MacGyver. A Jack-of-all trades and master of all.
On any given afternoon he may be spotted around town at one of his favorite dining spots receiving his VIP treatment where his order was in process before he sat down. Some may remember him for his remarkable knowledge in building luxury homes for decades throughout Naples. His family and friends will always remember him for being the guy you can count on no matter what – for anything, anytime. No matter which way you remember Scott, the result is always the same. He will be remembered with love and respect and revered for maintaining the most positive outlook on life clear through until the end.
Scott is survived by his kids Travis Lissau (Maria), Kristy Wolyniec (Jason) grandkids Christian and Kayla, his siblings Judy Branch, Dennis Lissau (Anne), Susan Quarmby, Pat Lissau (Neil Pepper), and inlaws Marilyn and Kim Harrigan. His death was preceded by his wife Vicki by just over two years. They were married for 45 years and now they will be reunited again.
In leu of flowers, we ask that you donate to Avow Hospice Naples.
