Stanley Weeks

Stanley Weeks Sr., 90, of Bonita Springs, Florida, passed away Thursday, March 23rd, 2023.

A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, March 31st at Fuller Funeral Home, 1625 Pine Ridge Road, Naples, FL 34109.  Brother Eduardo Tabraue will be officiating.  Burial will follow at Naples Memorial Gardens, 525 111th Ave North, Naples, FL 34108.

Stanley was born on May 8th, 1932, in Miami, Florida to John and Margaret (Fisher) Weeks.  He graduated from the University of Miami in 1956 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.  He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in Okinawa, Japan.

On October 20th, 1956, he married the former Sandra Ham in New York City.  Stanley worked as a structural engineer in Miami for 46 years.  In his later years he attended the Church on Immokalee Road in Naples, FL.  He spent many weekends on Little Money Key in the Florida Keys fishing with friends and family.  In addition to fishing, he also enjoyed gardening, model aviation, coin collecting and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Stanley is survived by his children, Margie Bowerman of Kalispell MT, Stan Weeks Jr. of Taneyville, MO, John Weeks of Cocoa, FL, and Jim Weeks of Arcadia, FL; 21 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.  He was preceded in death by his brothers John D. Weeks and Donald Weeks, and by his wife Sandra Weeks.
