Stephen G. Anthony

Stephen G. Anthony, age 61, of Naples, FL passed away on Sept. 18, 2022 from a tragic home construction accident.

Stephen married his wife, Anita, on Jan.14, 1985 and they moved from Sunrise FL to Naples in 1999. 

Stephen had some college. He worked in the construction industry for 40 years. He owned a cabinetry business in Fort Lauderdale for 15 years. Once he moved his wife and three children to Naples, he switched to the trade of plumbing. He was currently working as Plumbing Superintendent for Posh Plumbing. During his career, he also worked for several other local plumbing companies - Acres & Sons Plumbing, Bears Plumbing, and Franklin & Seckinger Plumbing.  He was a loyal family man, friend, and dedicated hard-working employee.

Stephen is survived by his wife, Anita Anthony, of 37 years; three children, Stephen Anthony, Christin (Coleman) Plummer,and Charles Anthony; four grandchildren, Jayd, James, Jenavyve, and Julie;. His mother, Thelma Anthony; four brothers, Thomas Anthony, Matthew Anthony, Christopher Anthony, and Mark Anthony; sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at First Baptist Church of Naples. 3000 Orange Blossom Drive, on Sunday, Sept. 25, 2022 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers you are welcome to make a donation at https://gofund.me/b7ded2dd.
