Theresa Bridget Pinto

Theresa Bridget Gaffney Pinto, a long time resident of Naples, Florida and a native of Brooklyn, New York, left us suddenly on January 1, 2019. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Born on September 6th, Theresa grew up in Park Slope with her parents and five siblings. She attended Bishop McDonnell Memorial High School and then onto Saint John’s University, where she met her loving husband Jerry, of 62 years. Theresa was kind, fun and loved to laugh. She enjoyed playing cards, golfing and was an avid reader. Theresa is survived by her husband, Jerry; daughter, Kathleen (Mark) Rudolph; son Stephen Pinto; and daughter Mary (Keith) Badiner; along with four grandchildren – Kaitlin, Michael, Kyra Jane and Davis.  Family, friends and others whose lives Theresa touched are invited to St. Agnes Catholic Church (7775 Vanderbilt Beach Rd.) on Saturday, January 5th at 11:30 a.m. for a Memorial Mass. A gathering will be held after the ceremony at Royal Palm Country Club. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Neighborhood Health Clinic , 121 Goodlette Road North, Naples, FL.
