Thomas Patrick Smead

Smead, Thomas Patrick grew up along the outskirts of Los Angeles in Sherman Oaks, CA. Thomas graduated from Crespi Carmelite High School in Encino, CA where he swam for the Swim Team. Thomas' affinity for music started in Church and continued throughout his life. Tom was a self taught bassist and guitarist; he could play just about anything he picked up. Tom is a graduate from California State University where he earned a degree in in Music. Tom's love of his life, Kristina took him across the country to Ocean City, NJ where he established a successful music career by opening Sound Strike Studios in Marmora, N.J. followed by his record label, Tommy Naples Music. Tom also produced movies such as The Evil Bong and The Gingerbread Man. Thomas was a avid reader, golfer, motorcycle man, had a black belt in karate, and gave four bulldogs their best life. Thomas loved working in his woodshop were he made countless items for his loved ones. All of Tom's wood projects, "have my blood in them" as he would often remind us. Thomas had a way of making the world of every one around him better. He will be missed every day, but has left enough memories to fill the rest our lives. Thomas leaves behind his life partner, Kristina; his son, Neal; his step children Bill, Stephanie, and Douglas; his brothers Mark, Robert, and John; his sister, Cathy; and many Neices and Nephews. Thomas is predeceased by Robert Smead his Father and Yvonne (nee Paradis) Smead his Mother.
