Vincent James Spinella

Vincent James Spinella, 26 of Naples, Florida, was granted his angel wings on October 10, 2019.  Vincent was born March 24, 1993, the oldest of Carmen and Adella Spinella's two children. He graduated  from Naples High School. 

Vincent was a true Outdoorsman and loved boating, fishing and riding his motorcycle. He especially enjoyed road trips with his beloved dog Mercy riding shotgun with the windows down and country music blaring out of the radio speakers.

If you knew Vincent, you likely witnessed his absolute, childlike happiness every time he saw a dog. He had an extraordinary compassion and empathy for animals, never hesitating to rescue any one of God’s creatures. 

Vincent also had a gift for writing. He expressed himself and his thoughts articulately in writing poems and letters that his dad will cherish forever. 

Vincent had a servant’s heart. He was a patient and kind soul who loved people unconditionally and without judgment, especially his family. In his younger years he and his sister enjoyed fishing, boating and family vacations to his Nonna's house in Ohio. Later in life Vincent found great joy in visiting and watching movies with his mom whom he loved dearly. He had a special and unbreakable bond with his Paisano (Dad) and riding motorcycles together was one of their favorite things to do. 

Vincent’s life may have been short but he touched many peoples lives. He was a wonderful and kind human being. He had a patient and gentle soul that never saw bad in anyone and was able to love unconditionally and without judgment. His laughter was contagious and he was able to find the good in any bad situation. He would have given the shirt off his back to help a anyone in need.

Vincent is survived by his parents, Carmen Spinella and Adella Spinella; sister Francesca Spinella; Grandmothers, Ana Kelly of Naples and Frances Spinella of Mineral Ridge Ohio and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, of Florida, Ohio, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C.

Funeral services will be held at Fuller Funeral Home 4735 Tamiami Trail E Naples Fl 34112 239-417-5000. Calling hours will be Wednesday the 16th of October from 6pm-7:30 with a prayer service immediately following.
