Henry Jerome Picozzi, Jr, passed away March 25 , 2020 in Fort Myers. Florida.
Hank was born September 22, 1941 to Marie Peggy Collins Picozzi and Henry Picozzi in Cleveland,Ohio. He graduated from Fort Lauderdale High School in 1960, attended Palm Beach Community College and American University in Washington, DC. He became Vice President of Trust Real Estate for AmeriTrust Bank in Cleveland, Ohio. Hank was Hinckley Zoning Inspector, Real Estate Appraiser, Certified Property Manager, and Licensed Real Estate Agent. He was instrumental in developing the Commodore’s Club in Cleveland, Ohio and a founding member of the Italian-American Scholarship Fund in Cleveland. He retired in 1992 and began Landvest Construction Company in the Medina, Ohio area. He moved to Fort Myers, Florida in 1994. In Fort Myers he went into construction with Bruce McIntyre of LeeMac. Hank served as Commodore of St. Charles Harbour Yacht Club in 2004. His hobbies included boating and fishing. Hank was the husband of Kathleen Rooney Ivey Pennock Picozzi, father of Anna Marie and Henry III (Brooke), grandfather of four grandchildren and great-grandfather of two great-grandchildren. He was the brother of Irma Doerfler (Ronald), son-in-law of the late Robert and Clare Ivey and brother-in-law of Deborah Derry, Denise Telep (Michael) and Susan Ivey ( Karen Leonard). He was uncle to many wonderful nieces and nephews. Hank was blessed with many friends, especially “the guys” Sandy Levine, Al Stefanik and Bill Waldman.
