Ruth was such a dear lady. I will miss my friend. She always remembered our children despite our being separated by miles. She would tell me how she kept our pictures on her refrigerator, including our little grandson. From our first years as next-door neighbors to our last phone conversation, she was so thoughtful and kind. She bragged about her own wonderful kids and the ever-growing family of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
