The Sal LaRosa I knew was a strong, proud God fearing, family loving man. I grew respect for him through all the things he loved most in life. First his love of God and the comittment he made leading his family towards the Lord. Second his love for his beautiful wife Dorothy. He adored her and everyone could see it. Lastly those beautiful daughters and their children were his greatest joy. All four daughters became great lights in this world. While I've only gotten to know Will as he has grown to be a man, I am sure all Sal's grandchildren will continue to make him proud.
My most sincere condolences to the entire family and thank you all, for sharing your Husband, Dad and Granddad with us all.
He was quite the guy!
God bless you all.
Diane

Dear Dorothy and Family,

So sorry to hear of Sal's passing and of your profound loss. His New York accent and his sense of humor will be two of the things I will rememember. I was very touched by the loving tribute written by your daughters. One of the things we hope for in life is when we leave it people will say that was a life well lived. That can certainly be said of Sal. Bless you all and may the love and warmth of your family hold you in this timee of grief.

Daddy, my heart is broken, I will miss you and love you until I see you again. You taught me so much, throughout my life and I'm so thankful for all that you gave me. I was so happy I could be there with you these past few weeks, it meant the world to me to be with you. You're free now Daddy, heaven has another angel.Love you forever, Nancy oxox

Each time you suffered, I suffered too. When your suffering was finally over I felt your relief. Now I carry all the good memories of you in my heart until we can all be together again. In gratitude for all you gave to us. Your loving daughter Vicki

My heart breaks that I cannot be with you guys this week. I will be down between Feb 26th and March 10th, and hope to see you then. Your tribute was wonderful and was exactly how I remember your dad. He will be missed!!!

To my wonderful father, thank you so much for so many things. The wonderful life you gave me, the constant support, the fun times we had. Recently being able to take care of you while mommy was in the hospital was such a gift. Just me & you, hanging out, joking around, singing w/the radio in the car. I wouldn't trade a minute. I love you so much, my heart is broken, I will miss you always. oxoxoxoxoxox
