Sylvia Irene Baer

Sylvia Irene Baer, 85, of Bonita Springs, passed away January 12, 2018. Born in Hartford, OH to Ralph and Aravella Slater, she was a graduate of Hartford High School and had been a resident of Bonita Springs since 1999, having moved from Vienna, OH. In Ohio, Sylvia and her husband, John, had been the owners of a retail supermarket.

One of the things she enjoyed the most was spending time with her grandchildren and family.
Sylvia is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, John R. Baer; her son, Dan and daughter-in-law, Angi; and her grandchildren, Alysa Baer and Jonathan Baer. 

A memorial ceremony celebrating Sylvia's life will be held on Monday, January 22nd at 2:00 p.m. at Fuller Funeral Home, 1625 Pine Ridge Road, Naples. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Sylvia's name may be made to the Parkinson Association of Southwest Florida.
