My condolences to the family. My name is Sylvia Mills Williams and I use to work for Capt. Fox at The Endmark Corporation in Crystal City (Arlington, VA) from 1993 until 1997. I enjoyed working for him.....what a great man! He will me be missed.

We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Capt. Fox. I have special memories of you and him. He was precious. I will never forget him. I wished I would have known earlier of his passing.

I am sorry to learn of John's passing. He was a wonderful person and devoted alumnus of Maritime College at Fort Schuyler. I remember meeting John and Elizabeth in Washington, DC shortly after I started working at the college. It was always great to have John & Elizabeth on campus for special reunions and the Admiral's Dinner, and wonderful to visit with John & Elizabeth in Florida. My prayers and condolences to Elizabeth and John's whole family. God bless him abundantly!
