Walter Hess

Walter Hess of Naples, Florida died on 10/16/17 at the age of ninety-nine.  He was born in the Bronx, NY on 4/14/18.  He was a widower and married to Lenore Hess for fifty-five years.  Walter was a World War II veteran and graduated from NY University with a bachelors degree in business administration.  He had a successful career as a sales representative for over 25 years at McCalls Patterns.

Walter is survived by his daughters, Barbara Hess of Stamford, CT and Marian Hess of Stony Point, NY and his grandson, Zachary Hess of Stony Point, NY.  He has five nieces and two nephews along with a loving brother-in-law and sister-in-law.  Walter had a wonderful sense of humor.  He was kind and generous and lived life to the fullest.  Walter treasured good friends and family.  He laughed hard and loved much and will be missed very much.  For what shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and looses his own soul.  Services are private at Fuller Funeral Home in Naples, Florida.
